Why do I legally need these certificates?+
Commercial premises must meet electrical, gas and fire safety regulations. Without valid certification you may be in breach of the law, and crucially, if something goes wrong your insurer can refuse to pay out.
How often do certificates need renewing?+
It varies by discipline and your policy: gas safety is typically annual, EICRs are usually every five years or sooner, and fire risk assessments should be reviewed regularly. We track renewals for you.
How long does an inspection take?+
It depends on the size and type of premises. Many small to medium sites are completed the same day with minimal disruption to your business.
